Constant DC/Crash to desktop in Valdo Rest 100% deli + Beyond + Diplomatic Escort DESPERATE

I'm having consistent crashes on Valdo's Rest Canyon with a fully juiced fractured map (which costs a large investment of time and resources btw), in 100% delirium with beyond mod and atlas passive "Diplomatic Escort" and it's ripping all my portals, effectively just becoming an expensive aneurism 3ex at a time. I've done the research, I've seen every thread on this, I've done everything on my end that I could to fix the problem including;
switching between vulkan and dx11
disabling resource hogging sounds in the setttings file directly
Lowering all my graphics settings to the lowest
disabling windows gamestation or whatever its called
fullscreen windowed, windowed, fullscreen
disable all mtx
close EVERY OTHER NON-ESSENSIAL PROCESS
prayed to multiple dieties (and I'm a staunch atheist)
i'm even playing on 800x600 like its 1998...
and just as a personal aside, each of these tests dont come cheap...5 deli orbs, scarabs, zana beyond, my sanity AND THATS ON TOP OF the 20-30ex investment ive already made for the watchstones in that region (which cant be used elsewhere in case diplomatic escort is the issue).

I'm playing self-curse bv occy, explode chest, HOA, and (starting today) not using any mtx. Again, canyon 15 fully juiced, as soon as i run into the diplomatic pack, its a dead portal and loss of loot. I spent all this time to get to THIS point and now i cant play. I sold everything to fund this project so if this doesnt become profitable, I'm effectively cut out from the content I want to play and will probably quit and ask for a refund (I had JUST paid for a supporter pack).

UPDATE: i gave all my gear and a fractured map to a friend of mine to try and replicate it and he was having the same crashes. His computer is nicer than mine too.

Hi Lisa, thanks for helping out, I actually am updated as far as i know, my Geforce experience says i have the most recent driver installed (version 461.40 release date 1/26/21).
i double checked with both provided methods =)

You could have a faulty driver installation, which is why you're being encouraged to reinstall it. I suggest you do a clean driver reinstall using DDU

To clarify, I have a degree in computer science and am familiar with game dev on the unity engine; i really dont think this is an issue i can just reset my router and it goes away (also i tried it and it didnt work) or all i have to do is update my driver (which i did and it didnt work).

Let me know what i need to provide to help this because as of now, I'm literally not able to play the game.

RECAP:
When map is 100% deli + beyond mods + diplomatic escort in valdos rest, theres a very large chance the game dc's me back to login. I lose a portal and i lose all my hh buffs and more often than not, i lose my map investment. I'm effectively just vendoring my exalted one map at a time and its super frustrating on top of feeling like my issue is being ignored.
