Can't go from city to other areas

Hi
After yesterday patch I have problem. When I log in to the game everything is fine (on every character), when I try to switch location, eg. go to hideout/aspirant plaza/delve, my PoE Client stop loading. Now I can't do anything beside of running in city where I log in.

I have cleared shadders, still nothing changes. Changed servers, still same problem.

Same problem here, i was playing perfectly fine yesterday.

Cuz I have done that and it got better but not perfect.

Try this -->

1. Close the game.

2. Delete ALL files inside the follwing directory's -->

C:\Users\"windows account name"\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile\Countdown
C:\Users\"windows account name"\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile\DailyDealCache
C:\Users\"windows account name"\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile\Minimap
C:\Users\"windows account name"\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile\MOTDCache
C:\Users\"windows account name"\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile\ShopImages

3. Now run a packcheck -->
C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile\PackCheck.exe

Also please post a 300+ packet WinMTR report to the login server your are using and post the result here including the server name.
