Question on bans /AI bans etc/complain

So i have seen a lot of other post about ppl getting banned after 3days of creating their account and reaching the end of lvl 30's and same thing happened to me.

I assume its an AI that just keeps banning ppl for no reason and some says it takes up to 4weeks to get unbanned?

How stupid is this that they have an AI that consistently bans ppl 3days after creating their accs when they hit lvl 35-41 ish.

I have seen the ban reason change from ToS bans to multi account bans and other stuff can we get this shit fixed?

Its not fun as a new player to play a game for 15hrs just to get perma banned from an AI bot and having to wait 4weeks for an unban i don't think there is anything else that could throw new players off more from ever wanting to play POE again.

They don't even provide us with a reason its so stupid and their support cant even help give us a reason and no point even making a second account if its gonna get banned by the AI again after 3days...

i can't see it being AI related, more likely a bug and a relatively rare one.

Why not AI? because if it is part of a bot/hack detection algorithm the only thing here that seems common is reaching level 30, and just about everyone dose that.
If it was detection, it would be things like playing for x amount of hours, but again it can't be...streamers break that one all the time, the speed at which you get there? again racing tells you that isn't the case...not when you can reach level 100 in under a week.

And this has never happened to me, not once in all the character, leagues and years i've been playing.

But there is no way its not an AI other ppl got banned after 3days also when creating a new acc.

i didn't trade anyone i only asked 2 questions in global chat i only have 1 account im playing wtih 0 guides no trading first time to see how hard its.

All i did was do story and lvl by myself didn't interact with any other players how could i possible break the tos just doing story quests?

and now i need wait 4weeks after playing for 12hrs30min just to reach lvl 37?

Generally this is a detection issue there is something on your computer that is probably being flagged when you launch PoE.

i have a 300GB harddisk i have no space for trash on my pc and its only been 2 months since i formatted my disk last time so all i have on my pc is discord/league/raft/steam/poe/osu/browser/obs.

So would be weird if it was a detection issue when my hdd is almost empty.

i have a few more games but you get the idea my disk is empty so i have no clue what could be the detection issue

Maybe you have "macro's" enable on your mouse or something.
Nobody knows so you will just have to wait or find another company's services to use. GGG's services = GGG's policy.

No i don't use macros or anything for my mouse my mouse don't even have buttons and i have a fk 5e rubber dome keyboard etc


There is just no reason i should have been banned they fked up their automated systems its so fk ovis
