Error 403 when trying to make API call "Get"

Testing some python and was trying to "Get" the ladder from a private league. I'm sure im not doing something right I get a "403" error, however, was wondering if there is something im not looking at with your developer docs listed on your website.

Make sure you're supplying a valid User-Agent header that includes a way to contact you.
