FPS Issues ingame and GPU Crashes when Alt-Tabbing or Closing the game (recently)

Hi there!

1. Can you confirm what version of Windows your computer is currently using? According to your DXDiag, it is reporting that you are on Windows Ver. 2004. The latest is 20H2.

You can confirm this by going to Settings > System > About and then scroll all the way to the bottom.

Sometimes, Windows will report being 'up-to-date' when that may not be the case. Let us know what you find!

2. Have you tried swapping from the Vulkan renderer, and let us know if the issue persists?

Let us know what you find!

Hey there, thanks for the reply!

Regarding my Win10 Version, this is what System tells me: https://prnt.sc/101wvn2

Are you telling me to update manually? I could do so if required.

I have not yet tried to use Dx instead of Vulkan, but will do so right now.
Since I have experienced FPS Issues in another game just today, I am starting to worry wether it's not just an Issue with my PoE client...
Anyways, thanks for helping me!

Hi there, CptCalamari!

When there are issues such as this we ask that all possible software updates are completed, to ensure we are working from a fully updated system.

It looks like your Windows may need updating. You should be able to see this if you go to Settings > Update and Security. There should be a 'Feature Update to Windows 10' available to download and install. Sometimes feature updates do not download and install automatically, instead they need to be manually approved and installed.

In addition, it looks like you have been receiving multiple LiveKernelEvent errors in your Windows Error Reporting log. This may indicate either a hardware issue, or possibly a driver corruption issue. If it is a driver corruption issue, the most likely culprit would be your graphics processor's driver. Could you please download and re-install the most up-to-date version of your driver here:

https://www.amd.com/en/support

Alternatively, you can use the Windows 10 driver re-installation instructions at the bottom of the page here:

https://support.microsoft.com/help/4028443/windows-10-update-drivers

I would also suggest rebooting your system after you have installed these updates to ensure these changes are fully in effect.

I hope these suggestions help, please let us know if you continue to experience any issues.
