Strange characters not representing actual item name

This popped up when I found a dropped item. When you hover over it, the actual name shows up.

The issue reverts to normal if I switch from Borderless Windowed (or Fullscreen) to Windowed mode.

Also, read the known issues sticky (which you should read before posting anyway) at the top of this part of the forum. Restarting the client will fix it as well.
