I have music off but there seems to be something messed up with the sound system in general in 3.13. Sometimes every sound but ambient noises stop playing. It's also a sure sign that a crash isn't far off though it might take 5 minutes. (PS4 here btw)
When that happens I find a good spot and preemptively restart the game and sound is back to normal. ... is not a troll
