Fencing Ranger

Hello fellow exiles. I've been trying to get a good fencing type character down and after trying it with the duelist I find the lack of early dex to and direction kind of threw me off. Instead I'm going to be attempting the same build with the ranger class.

When I say Fencer I mean a one handed thrusting sword and evasive buckler build. Trying to get fairly high crits and staying purely dex to take full advantage of Iron Reflexes.

This is the passive skill build (made the link smaller for you; you can edit it yourself to see how it works - Skivverus) I'm going to be going with for now, but I'm unsure of it atm thus I'm posting here for your opinions. If you have any ideas on skill builds then please post! Adjust my passives as you see fit and try and add on where you think is the right direction!

Thanks for the help and your opinions!

EDIT: Thanks for the fix Skivverus!
EDIT2: I must have not seen that 12% for some reason but I added it on. Also expanded a bit grabbing the element dodging and the shield bonuses. Ty.

Looks decent enough, though I'm thinking you might have issues with incoming elemental damage (especially since armor doesn't affect the elemental damage tacked on to a boss archer's arrows, for example). Consider going towards Crystal Skin and its associated status-dodging effects at some point - if you're planning to get to chaos, you'll have the points to spare, and it'll pay off well before then.

Which skills are you planning to use, incidentally?
I have wandered through insanity;
I have walked the spiral out.
Heard its twisted dreamed inanity
In a whisper, in a shout.
In the babbling cacophony
The refrains are all the same:
"[permutations of humanity]
are unworthy of the name!"
Btw u are missing out on a 12% hp node for 1 point, yet you took thick skin that broke down into 10% hp per node.

Also remember there are a few shield passives that either increase defenses or evasion on your shield that are very powerful, the other two are by the duelist, but you would sacrifice some crit and things to get there. But I still think the ranger is the better evasion tank.
I believe this character is around lvl 14 and I am still experimenting with skills. I have cleave lvl 5 atm to help deal with mobs. Not sure if something like corpse explosion is worth it or not. I've used flicker with a dagger based class but I found I would just get myself into trouble. Will level phase run for hopefully some big crit hits.
Gotten to lvl 20 and things are going great! I have lvl'd up flicker and I'm able to wipe out not only large groups but tough single enemies. I found a solid rapier and its carrying me to victory!
At that level, how are you handling the relatively high mana cost of flicker? Just chugging pots?

Cleave is my favorite skill by far so far, with a side of viper strike/pierce/heavy blow for killing uniques/bosses.
Yea I just drank pots and had some mana leech so I wouldn't run out, ever. Flicker around heal up rince and repeat. Enemies could barely hit me so I wasn't in any danger. Reached Iron Reflexes and had a huge bonus armour!
