Deleting my account and moving my stash tabs to another one

I am migrating my life due to what seems to be a hacking of my home network. I was aware but fine with it for a long time, thinking it was somewhat contained to my computer, as well as not noticing anything too serious. Feeling pretty helpless after trying to remove it (with my at the time very mediocre IT skills), as well as fighting depression probably contributed to just accepting it. But eventually things went sour as one might expect. At some point I plugged my phone into a computer for charging it, and I hope that's how they got it and not by some airborne infection paths (because then it would kind of suck).

I tried resetting the phone a couple of times, as well as having an IT-tech (albeit that at a government hospital) reinstalling the computer. But it is still acting up, hiding loot filter files under their properties, clipping in porn icons on OBS videos meant to display an error, resetting password to IT websites, loading e-mails as images (preventing copy paste of unlock codes), disconnecting calls, switching on the cam on the phone, etc. As well as the usual lagging, crashing, filling up hard drives, locking, connected devices severely glitching etc.


So to the question:
Is it possible to move at least my stash tabs to another account? For whenever I manage to solve the situation and get a VPN.

Edit (post response): Clarification and reminder to self: I wrote this around august/september 2019. For some reason I didn’t send it but found it now. This is why the language is bad for someone who’s studied IT for a year. Since the problems are still a fact and it still is a request that would have been nice if could have been accomodated (sadly it couldn’t), I posted instead of deleting it.
