Free demons and angels mystery box

I'm the new player and I have an issues on getting the free demons and angels mystery box. Just create my char and its lvl 25 now. i have heard the free mystery box: however, i check my microtransactions, there isnt any box there.

To receive a free Angels and Demons Mystery Box from this promotion, a Path of Exile account has to have been created prior to July 3rd NZST. Unfortunately if you created your account super recently, it's not eligible for this prize I'm afraid.
