Lossy Connection to SG, last 2 nodes

Lossy Connection to SG server. (more lossy than usual, that is)
Been like this for days, I guess. WinMTR shows absolutely no packet loss until the last 2 nodes, hitting almost 20% packet loss: https://pastebin.com/bR0W3tQg (last 2 nodes being cloudflare1-lacp-100g.hkix.net and 172.65.254.9 ) Update: also tried winmtr to jp.login.pathofexile.com and and sjc.login.pathofexile.com and the 2nd to last node is ALSO cloudflare1-lacp-100g.hkix.net. That seemed to work. New route/endpoint works much better.
