Setup from config_file not loaded

Keeping it short: Swapped slots for graphic card on motherboard due to original one stopped working. Game stopped working. Eventually deleted config_file as one suggested. Game starts, but config_file doesnt work as it should be. It seems like my graphic card is not loaded properly in the game and as the result game goes in some potato regime not corresponding with default graphics setup:

I already tried reinstalling the game, reinstalling steam, attempting to change my setings both in game and in config_file with no positive results. Switching from directX11 to vulcan quits me from PoE completely. I run the game with full access. I can run any other game on and outside of the steam flawlessly. I tried creating "config" folder in documents/.../path of exile, but nothing has changed. Also game just continously creates new config_file in .../path of exile folder in documents, even though "config" folder is present. Please, help.

Eventually fixed the problem on my own. "my games" folder in documents somehow switched into "read only" probably after switching the slot for GPU (maybe not, thats my explenation, because prior that those were edited correctly).

Performance problems were due to game not switching between integrated GPU on my motherboard (intel seen on screenshot) and my actual GPU. Every other game was switching it on its own, only for PoE i had to go to

settings -> display -> graphics settings -> choosing PoE.exe -> setting it to high performance.

With that, correct GPU is finally used by PoE.
