Immortal Syndicate - Transportation stuck in terrain(?)

Immortal Syndicate transportation "lanterns" appear to been stuck on the wall section of the map. It did not spawn immortal syndicate member when approached but it did had other guard mobs around it. I've tried to reapproach but it did nothing to it.
