Oshabi bug outside vines unkillable

So I emailed tech and they emailed me back to post it here on this thread like they are completely unaware of the bug
I’m sure most of you have heard of it or have been victim of the bug where you run outside of Oshabis ring and the vine ring doesn’t take damage and u can’t continue the fight. Not just that but after you failed to due to this now u can’t Respawn her anymore . It just says nurture the heart of the grove and nothing happens even after 2 more t4 seed plants! Now as if that wasn’t enough they try to get our hopes up but extending the race a week! Even tho the patch doesn’t come out till next week! How the hell are we suppose to get another try at this when the bug isn’t fixed until next week when the race ends? As if wasting all that time already wasn’t enough I play on harvest sc on ps4 I warning u now unless your character can face tank Oshabi do not attempt the fight you will likely get the same bug that thousand have already got
