The unusable corpses in Bannon's and Lookout's boss encounter interfere with corpse skills

Bug Description:
The Bannon and Lookout map boss' encounter starts with several 'sub-boss' mobs. When these mobs die they create corpses that cannot be removed or used by corpse skills. These corpses interfere with corpse skills, often making corpse skills cast near them do nothing.

This is very repeatable (occurs about 9/10 times I run Lookout or rescue Bannon).


Theory:
My guess is that the unusable corpses are 'using up' the corpse skills' corpse target limit. For example Volatile Dead looks for 3 nearby corpses to explode. It finds 3 corpses but they're unusable and can't be exploded so it ends up doing nothing (and doesn't even use mana or cast animation if there are no nearby *usable* corpses).

This can be demonstrated (video) by creating usable corpses next to the unusable corpses and noting the difference in the successful cast distance on both sides of the unusable corpses. In my testing the corpse skill had to be cast nearly on top of the usable corpses when on the unusable corpse side but could be cast pretty far away on the other side. Illustration:

Same in Lookout Map.

Can see that boss was originally standing on corpses and VD wasn't casting. Then he jumped off of them and (because namelock) VD followed and started casting again.

This is the third report I've seen of similar behavior in maps with very high item density. *Something* is definitely blocking Volatile Dead *sometimes*, however the corpses in Lookout's boss room seem to be a deterministic way to encounter this bug.
