UI scaling

This has probably been requested many times before but I still feel like I have to play in windowed and having my game in long boi mode, fullscreen/windowed fullscreen feels way too claustrophobic.



It would be nice to just be able to scale the ui down a little so all the elements are smaller, it just feels way too large atm.
