Well, thanks for a fun build that I played all league!

I got pretty much everything except the Awakened CoH stuffed in before the end.





With the reservation nerf and general difficulty of getting gear next league, I think it will be time to say goodbye to this build for awhile. Thanks for the work that OP put into the guide and to everyone who answered questions.
