Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library - Game crash on start up

For some reason my game has been crashing as soon as I start it up. It has been running fine for about a week, but now it is suddenly having this error pop up. I have tried re-installing the game a few times, I've tried the steam version and the stand alone client and both have the same issue. I've tried looking all over the web for solutions but so far nothing has worked. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm running a Ryzen 5 3700 and Radeon RX 5700 w/ 16gb ddr. I've updated all of the drivers for my computer as well as windows updates. I have even tried uninstalling Microsoft Visual C++ entirely, but the error STILL pops up.
