One of your cluster jewel notables should have feed the fury (life leech for attack dmg). Instead, both are mana leech.

how hard is it going to be to make the wand / amulet in 3.14 without targeted anull/aug? will reroll with targeted chaos be enough?

Overall, we are golden. Nearly every other t1 build got slaughtered (other than indigon maybe) and we barely got touched.

Harvest is a general nerf for everyone, otherwise lost conditional 10 pen which was not activated on my original POB configs anyways. Gained some stats

Double the pen, for ~100 flat lightning damage.

Is this build viable for high level maps t15-t16 ultimatums?

Kinda want to switch to this but it doesnt seem like I could utilize my HH with this build its be a huge int loss

Any reason why not Vaal Discipline?

I also plugged it in, the higher investment you have, the closer the two are, but as the gear/int gets lower, the damage becomes closer to 15%
