One that can cast enfeeble and invulnerability
Do they stack?

Not as default no, you will have to get +curse on enimies from either the passive tree or from items.
won't help. OP was asking about spectres. +curse limit only applies to character, not to minions.

If minions are casting them - no.
If you are casting them, sure... if you have sources of +1 additional curse (Whispers of Doom, Vixen gloves, etc)
