When can we expect to see the elder darkseer and the elite fateweaver supporter packs for PS4?

This applies to PS4 only: To access the Elder Darkseer and Elite fateweaver Packs you must buy the base pack from the in-game shop, and then purchase the 'Upgrade' which will become available after the base pack has been redeemed.
