[Tool] Item Tool - find all items in the build

What does it do?
Given that you have a “build” in PoB format, get a search link for every item in the build, without going to poe.trade and searching/importing manually, so get a list of “item name — search link”.

How does it work?
It's just a command-line utility for now.
