Abyssal Depths Loot Nerf?

I've gotten two abyssal depths since league start (in standard). The only loot of any possible value that dropped was one stygian vise each. Is that just bad luck or is abyssal depths no longer worth doing? What have others seen?

Loot drops tend to be richer in league because it's a temp league, so if you think it's been nerfed, make sure you're comparing previous Standard yield vs. current Standard yield.

Comparing league delve to standard delve is comparing apples to oranges, most of the time, all other things being equal.

What you say is definitely true for the new league mechanic related loot. GGG will then nerf that loot explosion when the league ends and that mechanic is added to the core game. My guess is that the older league mechanics like strong boxes, abyss, blight, breaches etc are very similar between league and standard. It just seem based on the two abyssal depths I did that maybe the loot drop was further nerfed?

It depends on how much focus you put on efficiency. Liches were always unlikely but I do believe their chance to appear was significantly reduced. With so many previous league mechanics competing for your map time, just getting the abyss is bad enough, only for it very likely to end in a chest with nothing of actual value. And, when you finally get a depths, just assume its only a belt waiting for you.

I run the depths whenever they pop just because I'd fear possibly missing out on a pretty belt. I don't think they show up enough to be a nuisance to avoid completely.

I only know legion loot nef
