Updated the guide based on what I have discovered so far, getting to act 7.
Cast speed is a big QoL, get it where you can. Thus Flesh Offering will be the go to offering, Mistress of Sacrifice! Bladefall linked to Spell Cascade and Unleash is great for putting all the weapons you need on the ground. Dps it gives is a bonus. Dps is crazy good so far. | |

Did you try something like unleash for summoning the AW? If so was it a huge DPS loss?
