Unplayable lag in all EU servers

Hi All,

As the title describes I am encountering unplayable lag in all realms. Sometime it is gradually increases and disconnects. Please help by taking a look at below WinMTR pastebins:

Frankfurt:https://pastebin.com/S8ADFhs1
London: https://pastebin.com/f0sKbiha
Amsterdam: https://pastebin.com/iBXXTvcD

Noticed that as well; started about 10-15 mins ago. Constantly jumps between 150 - 800ms. Tried London and Frankfurt, both behave the same

Experiencing the same also. Started in London, then I tried Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Paris. Continuous lag spikes then it stays at a ~300ms constant after about 3 mins of play.
Same here, getting increasing lag and ms that rise to about 200-250 that sometimes spike up to 1500-2000.

And there is a reason why the stickies tell you NOT to bump similar threads. Make your OWN threads with the required info. You are NOT having the same problem as the OP. Read the stickies and post the info you need to, again, in your own thread.

To the OP, you are getting packet loss that starts at your second hop = bad. 2 things to do. Power cycle your router modem. Turn it off and unplug it for a minute at least. Re-run the MTR; if the PL goes away you are set. If it doesn't, contact your ISP. Tell them you are getting Packet Loss and it's affecting your ability to do what you want to online. Make certain that they see your MTR, as that is proof that they will need to see that something is borked.

Frankfurt -->
10.231.128.1 - 3 | 395 | 387 | 5 | 8 | 33 | 10 |
3% packet loss starting here = ISP problem.

London -->
10.231.128.1 - 4 | 329 | 316 | 5 | 9 | 42 | 10 |
4% packet loss starting here = ISP problem.

Amsterdam -->
10.231.128.1 - 6 | 333 | 314 | 4 | 8 | 35 | 7 |
6% packet loss starting here = ISP problem.

So this has nothing to do with GGG but is a problem with you and your ISP.
Just to further clarify what HanSoloDK said, there are 2 issues:

1st is on the very first device after your computer (packet loss). If you have router, the problem is either with cable to your router, or your router itself. Usually just restating it should help. If you don't have router and you are connected directly to ISP, contact them.

2nd issue is on 217.239.47.62 and 217.239.41.146, both belonging to Deutsche Telekom , it seems the ping response time gets really bad there (but that might be only for the ICMP responses as further await it seems to be better).

Try to get rid of packet loss to your router, and retest. Also, as it seems you are from Hungary, try to connect to some more southern or eastern based gateway if the ping is still unstable (or you get packet loss after above mentioned IPs), it might use different route and go around the problematic node.

Thanks for the replies,

I tried restarting the router and it seems the problem has gone away.
I am attaching a new extract from winmtr (milan server)

Yup, PL has gone away.

Although: 217.239.55.138 - 0 | 522 | 522 | 14 | 101 | 2391 | 15 |

That 2391 isn't a good thing. Keep an eye on that node. That should be Deustche Telekom. It doesn't appear to be affecting your overall trace, but just be aware of that node going forward.
