Al-Hezim Untargetable snake in pool

After patch 3.9 2f

First time fighting Al-Hezim, killed him, but a snake head remained in the pool, I could not target it, my zombie allies and skeletons would not attack it while it continued to spit venom.

I was able to loot everything, but snake never despawned, just continued to spit venom and eventually killed me.
