getting crashes and lag spikes

i get game crashes when I lower texture quality to medium, yesterday game worked without any lag on highest settings, but today I get constant lag also game crashes and has this message.

The GPU device instance has been suspended. Use GetDeviceRemovedReason to determine the appropriate action.

(GetDeviceRemovedReason: The GPU will not respond to more commands, most likely because of an invalid command passed by the calling application.

No other game has same issue.
my gpu have Nvidia gtx1060 (latest drivers)
