PS4 Standard, my atlas is bugged, need help!

So I have influence on Glennach Cairns right now and I was able to unsocket all watchstones, I took out every watchstone on my entire atlas.

It won't let me put watchstones in my atlas inventory either and when I tried to unsocket them from the citadels I had to use one watchstone to replace another in order to take them out, it wouldn't let me select another type of watchstone once I removed say, red. I could only select red until I tried slotting a different color and then it lets me select different ones.
