PS4 Standard, my atlas is bugged, need help!

I'm on PS4 standard and my citadel for lex Proxima is bugged out, I don't have any influence in this zone, and my citadel disappeared a while back and won't come back. I don't have any watchstones from this region, and I've tried everything to get it to come back but nothing I do is working.. please help!

I've talked to zana, ran tons of map in this region, nothing is working 😭

I was told to post in this subforum when I emailed tech support.

I just noticed I'm not receiving atlas missions for killing bosses in this zone either.

I also can't put watchstones in my atlas inventory.

I'm on Texas (US) realm
I'm using PS4 pro (I think)

I assume you mean your citadel in Lex Prox just vanished from the atlas at some point after you got it.

Unless someone has a reliable trick to unbug it, all I can suggest is putting in a ticket to support.

I'm severely disappointed with the moderators on here. At least someone can post that you're looking into it. It's been over a week. If I can't access endgame content I might as well quit.

Have you tried picking up a watch stone and going into that area to see if you can place it in.

Do you remember where it was in the area before it disapeared.

Have you run maps in that area to see if it pops back up again.

Only thing I could say is just complete all the other sections, until you can get it back.

Oh I found something you can try.

It has happened to others and this is what they did to fix it.

All you need to do is zoom in on the map and move it around. The citadel will show up and you will now be able to socket the watchstone and progress.

holy **** that worked. Wtf was the Citadel moved uo there so it's hidden ny the top bar. That's just stupid. :)
