Brutal Restraint - Static Electricity - Fluid Motion Synergie does't work correctly

Hey there! It's Mofendes.
I was theory crafting (or maybe wasting time checking passive tree) when i realize that those 3 jewels in Scion start jewel sockets doesn't work correctly. Synergie between Static electricity and brutal restraint works OK When you put fluid motion in the 3rd socket (to get even more dex from strength nodes) it doesn't convert the strength because of the Brutal Restraint influence.
