The weapon is 100% broken. The lines that increase cold and lightning damage based on resistance do absolutely nothing. I'm glad that I wasted time building a character around this just to have my hopes of it being a good character smashed when I reached level 68. Any chance of this being fixed before the league is over?

Hi.
This item requires you to increase your maximum resistances first. Even if your uncapped resistance is higher than 75% you will not get any benefits from this item unless you increase the cap from 75% to something higher (Loreweave/Survivalist). |
