Farric Lynx Alpha/Wolf Alpha bases added modifier on beast level and not level of item.

Hello GGG.
I would like to report a bug, that has recently come to my attention, as some friends told me about it. It has both positive, but also negative impact on crafting.

The bug is about the "Farric Lynx Alpha" and "Farric Wolf Alpha" beasts, that add/removes a suff/prefix.

When using these beasts, the mod that is slammed does not take basis in the itemlevel of the item, but instead it takes basis in the level of the beast. THis means that if you use an ilvl 68 beast (the minimum level of these beasts, since they are map only), you will never be able to see any t1 modifiers.

I suspect a huge amount of players have used these beast in the hopes of adding a good modifier to their item, but because of this interaction they never even had a chance to begin with.

This also means, that you can abuse this in some ways, such as slamming +1 to level of socketed gems on itemlevel 1 bases. Making it insanely easy to craft caster bows, since most fossil modifiers have no itemlevel requirement. Below you can find the process:

- Get an ilvl 1 bow.
- Spam fossils, for example aetheric and faceted.
- Make sure you have an open suffix.
- Craft cannot roll attack mods
- Use Farric Wolf alpha, to hopefully remove the cannot roll attack mod, and add the only non-attack prefix, "Paragon's", aka. +1 to level of socketed gems. Since the beast is higher than level 50, you can slam guarrantee the slam onto a ilvl 1 base.

I highly assume this is a bug, as if you would use a regular exalted orb, it would say "Failed to apply item: Could not generate Mod." If this by all means is intended, I would hope that you could clarify it, and add it to the description of the beast craft. (on a side note, you might also want to look into the description of the Fenumal Plague arachnid, as there are a ton of item types of which are not mentioned, that are not working. Such as alt arts, synthesis bases, enchanted items etc.)
