Twitch Prime not working correctly.

So my accounts have been linked for a long time and I have never had issues getting the twitch loot prior to this batch. This entire batch is says "claimed" yet is not present on my account. Previous twitch drops including exilecon have not had issues for me. Hoping the issue can be fixed and that others are not having the same issues.

As soon as I posted about the twitch stuff they appeared on my account. The months have all appeared. I assume GGG moved quickly thanks for keeping up on things.

The issue reoccurred again with the water effects currently available.

it takes some time to get the package and if you are logged into PoE (client/web) when you claim it, it will not come.
Just log out of both systems, wait 5 minuttes and then it will work.

If you still have problems, then you will need to e-mail GGG support.

This isn't true, all you need to do is visit the Twitch page on your account for it to process your entitlements.

well I just claim it and got nothing before i logged out of both the client and web page, then when I logged back in then it was there.

But I must admit that I did the claim via the twitch page. Maybe that's why.
