Oba's Cursed Trove

I was doing this map through a Zana mission from Wharf. I passed through like normal, until I died randomly in the 4th or 5th room. Every time thereafter that I used a porta to return, I would just randomly explode while traversing. There was caustic ground, but I was literally going from full hp to dead in blink, even during a leap.
