The Hunter quest missing

hey, do u know how i can get The Hunter questline. i have over 100 atlas completion but i cant seem to get the green influence to spawn at all.
All white maps cleared and multiple watchstones of the 3 other colours collected. Last bumped on Mar 14, 2020, 1:09:01 PM

I have done all maps in all corners multiple times both at white yellow and red still no sight of "The Hunter" nor the questline for it. all the 3 others i got just fine. |
