Can't visit Mine encampment, even when talking to Niko
 Long story short: -HC character die at lvl 81 -Move to standard -Talk to Niko in Oriath, click "visit mine encampment", nothing happens. Weird. -Go to Act 4, talk to Niko, again same problem. Try act 9, rinse and repeat. -Niko not showing up in any maps or throughout Acts 1-10, have run 40+ maps now of varying tiers -Mission is active in my quest tab, says to visit encampment and delve further -Can't visit encampment because Niko wont let me, and the Waypoint icon is missing Am I overlooking something? Tried google-fu but only found very old bug reports from when Niko was still a league mechanic. Thanks in advance.
