Bug Report: 1,317,659,572 - Premium Tab Switched To Another Tab

When I logged in today, I noted that my premium tab, called 'For Sale', was now a normal tab and it's name had changed from 'For Sale' to '1'. My '3' tab, which was a normal tab, is now labelled '4' and is now a premium tab.

Please help :)
