Unable to Install the Game

Hey guys i wanted to install PoE.
I Downloaded the "PathOfExileInstaller.Exe" from this site. When i do open it (as Admin) it says proccessing: Initializing
and stays there for infinity. I tried all Compatibility modes and Closed all Firewall including Windows Firewall and Defender.
Can anyone tell me what i have to do??
I just want to try out the game and thats a horrible start so far to be honest :X
