duplicate login request and then banned?

Hello I havent played in months and would love to pick up the game once more. However, after reinstalling it through steam I couldnt login and would just get the message ''duplicate login request'' and then failed connection. After trying to login several times I get the message ''you have been banned by an administrator''? I have no clue what I did wrong is there anything I can do?
