Pob error ps4

I have a problem with Pob, one of my characters does not carry the passive tree or jewelry, I do not know what happened because yesterday was normal and today it started "error importing character data, response code 500" please need help Last bumped on Nov 7, 2019, 4:57:18 PM

Guess I'm not the only one with this issue. Kept looking for solutions but it seems like there's something wrong on GGG'end.

It's strange not many are facing this error nor any mention/fix of this by GGG staff apparently. Day 3 of PoE Character sheet webpage missing Passive Skill tree graphics and this may be the reason why PoB can't fetch the passive skill tree data from website API. I'm on Xbox and this is not exclusive to PS4 alone.
