Chimera help?

Everything is fine until he does his cloud phase. I can barely move and he one shots me. I even use my 30 sec immunity, flame dash to a cloud and still dead.

5500hp, 900es and 1k mom mana.

I did him in other leagues and i thought i had more time.

Did he change?

Hit every cloud and he still tele's. Even d3 100+ raka isnt this bad

I believe he is all physical, you have no armour in your build so if he gets to you then he will probably one shot you every time. You can try Phase Run and get him to attack just your minions. You can also rework your tree a little bit and get Cruel Preparation for some more life. Then build up some armour, you can do it in your gear, and a Basalt and Granite flask, and Determination aura. You can also use Enduring Cry since there are mobs in there with him and get your three endurance charges.

Thanks, flasks would make a difference. I killed him but he also won.

I may hit him with enfeeble and wear the intimidate belt for him. Can he take a curse in that form?

There are a few things you could try before switching your gear (beacause in my opinion your gear looks fine):

1. Try to use withering step for the smoke phase.
Granting you movement speed, dodge and phasing.

2. Take the solaris pantheon for the phys damage reduction

3. Try to get a source of fortify (for example, leap slam - fortify or vigilant strike in your weapon swap)

4. Use a granit flask in that pase

5. Make sure to always cap your resitances

6. Try to roll him with easy mods (no haste, no crit, no extra damage)

I could swap my chest to the brass dome for him, wont have to be socketed anyways.

Seems i forgot to do a few things. I beat him on a yellow but he got me when i corrupted. Had ex light damage, speed and i think flat dam %.

Will try him again tonight, best part of lvling up is being able to die and learn the fights.

I wouldn't bother with a curse, the guardians have a high resistance to them. Blind works on him. Brass Dome might work, problem is your life will go way down.

What character are we talking about?
The Brass Dome might help if you can reach good amount of armour (10K++).
In that case use Vaal molten shell once he is in smoke phase (molten shell otherwise).
