Soul Tether not leeching ES while full life

I had the Brutal Fervour skill and it worked perfectly.
Now I change my build and don't have this skill anymor, and I never get Energy shield anymore... Even when full life.
I restared the game put off and on back the belt but nothing worked

Can someone please help me?

Have you tried seeing if the belt effect works when you are not using blood rage?

Yes I try without, it didn't worked

did you ever get it to work? i have soul tether it works on my other characters but not my berserker wtf it stays at 0/688 eshield even when im attacking at full life

Are you talking about AzRaXe character?
As i can see you have around ~1201 ES -> 60 ES degen per second
Without Brutal Fervour passive branch and Blood Rage you don't have any life leech at all.
With "Brutal Fervour" and only 0.4% life leech. Try to regret few points into life leech. Martial Experience or Hemotophagy branches.
