Goodbye...

Türk Oyunculara (In Native Language):
Ben oyunun bokunu çıkardım saplantı haline geldi. Özel yaşantı kalmadı. Yeter dedim bu kadar :) Arteril'e teşekkür ediyorum çok yardımı olmuştur Türk oyunculara. Youtube'daki en sağlam PoE kanalı.
Son bir öneri, Türkçe nick kullanın çünkü yardım arayan çok fazla yeni arkadaş var oyunda.

This is hardest decision for me but had to be done, and time to leave the PoE, playing since 2013...

Its Umit age 44, guess my first attempt playing a video game had early 80's (8-bit era) and only a few games made me addicted itself, which PoE one of them undisputed! So why am I leaving.. because I have to :)

So PoE get taking all my free time, also turned like an Obsession lol

I express my gratitude to the entire GGG team for created such an amazing game that consisting of blend old school and modern elements, fantastic NPC voice-overs etc etc..

Goodbye all Exiles. Watch out REF!

Come back for 4.0. Perfectly ok to take a break from any hobby.
Come back in 32 days to hear if GGG is doing anything of interest in patch 3.9 or if they have anything to say about next years 4.0. I probably have the oldest arpg gaming history of any arpg player starting with the super simple Temple of Apshai and Hellfire Warrior, moving on to the Wizardry Series, Ultima series, Bard's Tale, etc. on Apple II+ (1980).

Yes, take a break from all arpgs to recover from burnout but don't un-install PoE just yet.
"You've got to grind, grind, grind at that grindstone..."
Necessity may be the mother of invention, but poor QoP in PoE is the father of frustration.

The greatest downer for the Turk
was the spectre of School and Work
and so he bade us all farewell
And ditched the game that was going downhill

*cough*

Do what's right to stay healthy and sane. Unplugging for a few months is good for you, because when you're sick and on the skids, you're more likely to get a RL friend to bring you a hot tea than a friend you know only as "Spin3Win420".

One does not simply quit Path of Exile

Unless that person dies

Well, in the 80's you played Space Invaders on the Atari 2600 and I'm sure you were addicted? But you got over it didn't you when you eventually beat the game? Just kill Shaper, accomplish your goal then forget about it.
