Disintegration Not Working

Disintegration don't seen to be working when using wand/s for spell casting through Oil Anointment. Is it supposed to work with only attack skills?

" Thanks for your report, this is intended. "Disintegration" grants Critical Strike Chance for wands, this only effects attacks. If you want to increase your Spell Critical Strike Chance, you will need to use an Anointment where the Notable gives Critical Strike Chance for Spells. I hope this helps. | |

Thanks that helps. However the word "Attack" should be included in the text, since wands can be use for spell caster as well.
