MIssing Ascendancy Points

I have returned to an older character in Standard and am missing 2 Ascendancy points.

I have replayed each of the first three labs and made absolutely sure to touch the Ascendancy alter each time. Brought up the alter in all three labs and tried multiple times to ascend in each lab.

I have checked and rechecked my skill tree, and I still have only 4 Ascendancy points allocated.

Without a screenshot I have to ask...did you try allocating any ascendency nodes? You only say you have 4 nodes allocated but not that you verified you don’t have any unused points.

Yes, I have attempted to allocate points. I do not have any unallocated points, 4 are allocated, and 2 are missing after repeated completion of the first three labs.

Im having the same problem after refund some times.
But only one point disappeared.

well there is 8 ascendency points in total.
As far as I know, all people reporting this have made a mistake in 1 of the labs and running them all (4 labs) again solved the problem.

So run the lab, after killing final boss go touch the Ascendancy alter after each time -->
Here you post a clear screen shot showing what lab type you are in + that it's completed....
