Yriel's Fostering Ursa doesn't give mana regen

I'm using Yriel's Fostering with the summon Ursa. The description says its use Rallying Cry which gives damage and mana regen. I checked the character's stats when the bear uses Rallying Cry. It does give damage (about 5%) but doesn't give any mana regen. I checked at different levels but no change in the mana regen stat when affected by the buff.
