Legion encounter in Azurite Mine completed - challenge progression not granted

I finished Legion Encounter in Azurite Mine - even with the General, but I do not think that it is important. However, it did not grant me a completion to the Challenge. You can spot the remaining of Legion Spire on one of the screen.
Friend of mine said that he got his so I believe that this bug is not a 100% occurrence. I added the Bug number so you can easily replicate the case in your Test System.

Thanks for your help, I am not sure how common/rare is the Legion Encounter in Mines - hopefully I will find another one and complete the Challenge.

Came across this looking for how to complete this. I found the timeless monolith and it completed for me. There was an odd delay after I killed everything before the message appeared.

Please ignore. The challenge progression updated itself to completed after I returned to the mine encampment.
