bad behavior/scaming report ?

hi, how do i make a player report/bad behavior report.
sometimes i get younger audience messages in private with trading offers too much "insulting/stupid"
there should be some way to clean out "bad" cummunity from game.

for example like today i got inisting message to buy 5-L bow, witch is useless for my build.
after long polite argunents why i dont need it, he started his nonsense threating, about mafia friends in my country and how he have chinees hacker friend, who will hack my acc, i know this is immposible.

but the reason is, such players shouldnt be able to play/do such irrational harasses and need to be punished in some way.
