Does anyone know if the -15 exposure stacks with frost bomb or does it completely override it ?

its the same thing, so the higher effect will persist over the other

Can anyone verify the source to this? How do you guys know if it stacks or doesn't stack? I'm doing a similar build using Avatar of the Veil and Frost Bomb and I'd like to know if I'm getting 15% + 25% = 40% reduced cold resist or if I'm just getting 25%.

I don't see anywhere in the announcement about stacking.

Skills that Reduce Resistances
We've standardised a few other skills that reduce resistances. Frost Bomb now applies -25% Cold Exposure instead of its resistance being part of the Frost Bomb debuff. Scorching Ray now applies -25% Fire Exposure when reaching eight stages on enemies. This change was made to give you a choice in how your elemental build reduces enemy resistances, rather than providing more options that can be combined to reduce resistances to unreasonably low levels. We'll provide more options for sources of Fire, Lightning and Cold Exposure in the future.

you're just getting 25.

since exposure was made a separate thing, it will never stack with itself. its just how it works, and its basically laid out in what you quoted there

So that means that frostbomb and wave of conviction don't stack either? Because according to POB they do, I guess the program isn't reliable in those things anymore is it?

No, Exposure from Frost Bomb and Wave of Conviction does not stack. Only one source of Exposure does the deed.

correct, since it was changed to exposure, they do not stack.

and there are MANY things PoB isn't accurate on. i mean hell, it still doesn't even recognize Vermillion Ring as existing
