Regarding the new cluster of nodes containing "Golem Commander" :
I think it's a great addition. However, could you please consider putting it where you placed "Utmost Intellect" was moved to, and move "Utmost Intellect" back to where it was? The location of that INT cluster was pivotal in any build utilizing a "Careful Planning" gem. Specifically an Iron Commander Siege Ballista Hierophant. Not sure if it was your intention to nerf that specific build.. but it seems odd and unnecessary to nerf an already underwhelming build. I really hope this was just an oversight and not a deliberate nerf against "Careful Planning" gems; and I hope this can be fixed in an upcoming patch. " The intention was to make sure Utmost Intellect (and Utmost Might) was not in any jewel radius at all, regardless of build. Notice a few jewels got buffed: Tempered Flesh/Transcendent Flesh: Now grants +7% to Critical Strike Multiplier per 10 unallocated Strength in radius (from +5%). Tempered Mind/Transcendent Mind: Now grants 125 Accuracy Rating per 10 unallocated Intelligence in radius (from 100). I can certainly empathize with Iron Commander needing the Dex, but in this case Iron Commander itself needs the boost. GGG isn't going back on the change to Utmost Might and Intellect. |
